【109學年度校園防疫工作注意事項 / Campus Protection Against COVID-19 for 2019-2020 School Year】
一、自開學日(9/14)起，上班日自8時至17時實施校園出入口門禁管制措施(如附表)，採實名制，可持Day Pass、國立臺灣大學系統證件或洽公文件等相關證明入校。
二、每日自行量測體溫、勤洗手，做好個人衛生防護工作。若有發燒生病情形，請戴上口罩、就醫、勿到校。
三、個人應備有口罩，保持社交安全距離(室內應保持1.5公尺、室外保持1公尺)，若無法維持社交距離應配戴口罩。
四、落實課堂點名，配合實名制，到各場所主動掃描QR Code。
五、大型集會活動之舉行請依CDC規範辦理。
六、以上內容將依CDC的疫情公告進行調整。
1. Starting the first day of school (Sept. 14), campus entry access control will be enforced from 08:00 to 17:00 on working days (see table). Present a Day Pass, an NTU System School ID or a proof of business visit as real names are needed to enter the campus.
2. Take body temperature daily, wash hands frequently, and keep up personal hygiene and precautionary measures. If you have a fever, wear a mask and seek medical attention. Do not come to school.
3. Always have a mask at hand. Keep a safe social distance (1.5 m indoors and 1 m outdoors). If social distancing is not possible, wear a mask.
4. Class roll calls will be taken. Register your name and scan the QR Code at designated locations.
5. Follow CDC regulations for large-scale gatherings and events.
